EBSCOHost Masterfile 1,000 is a flexible client/server search and retrieval system which is accessible via the World Wide Web. The Masterfile database provides full text for over 1,000 journals, and abstracts and indexing for over 3,100 journals. Databases also include newspaper coverage and encyclopedic data.

Provides access to the complete Encyclopedia Britannica with related Internet sites, Britannica's Internet Guide, and Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary.

Factiva.com provides access to over 6,000 full text periodicals as well as major news sources such as Reuters wires, the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times. In many regions, Factiva provides strong host country news.
- Facts on File (Reference Suite)
Facts On File online databases are interdisciplinary, interactive databases on a wide range of subjects, such as American history, science, multicultural studies, women’s studies, geography, and careers. For the serious researcher this is an instant concise starting point.
- Federal News Service
IIP/G/IR has negotiated a contract with Federal News Service for access to their transcripts via their website. 160 Information Resource Centers will have access to all the transcripts of Congressional Hearings, Prepared Statements, Questions and Answers and Briefings.

Leadership Directories-the leadership Library on the Internet- is a comprehensive database of who's who in the leadership of the United States.
- Lexis-Nexis
Lexis-Nexis is now available on the Web. It provides online full-text legal, news and business information from over 3200 legal and business publications.
- PDQ
Accesible on the Internet through the World Wide Web, PDQ provides information on international relations and foreign affairs from most publications produced by State Department Public Diplomacy Office.
- ProQuest Direct
Accesible on the Internet through the World Wide Web, ProQuest Direct provides immediate access to an extensive collection of newspapers, journals, periodicals, magazines, and other information sources. It provides access to over 400 full text periodicals in the following formats: citations, abstracts, full text, image and image/text. Image is not available for all the 400 periodicals. It also provides citations and/or abstracts of over 1600 periodicals and newspapers including New York Times.
