Please send your inquiries to the Immigrant Visa Section via email at IVYerevan@state.gov. If referring to a current case, be sure to include in your email the case number and full name and date of birth of the beneficiary and/or petitioner.

If you are a beneficiary´s or petitioner´s attorney or representative, be sure to include a completed form G-28 "Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Representative" with your email. Form G-28 is available from the USCIS website http://www.uscis.gov (Home > Immigration Forms > G-28). As visa records are confidential, we are unable to share visa information with third parties unless expressly allowed for on form G-28.

Please do not send, fax, or email documents to the Immigrant Visa Unit. The Consular Section presently does not have the staffing resources to match incoming correspondence with prospective visa applicants. Required or missing documents should be sent directly to the applicant, who can then bring the documents to the Consular Section on the day of their interview.
